Location Study
This is a project that focuses on walking through the entire map, not necessarily the player mechanics. I made a map inspired by it through the locations I visited in the field. The only mechanism for navigating this space is by foot, and the player can navigate the parts that can be visited through collectibles.
First Pass
I have completed the general structure of the building, but at the moment I have no idea how to plan the interior of the building, and there are a lot of imperfections.
Second Pass
This time I replaced many parts of the room with glass to increase the amount of light and to give a preview of what is to come. I didn't originally design the rooms to be accessible to players, but I received so much feedback about how many people wanted to explore the rooms that I decided to change the design for the next phase.
